Korean Inspired Everyday Makeup Tutorial♥

Hi everyone~ this would be my first blog post ever so I’m quite nervous, but let’s get on with it!

I’ve recently been interested with Korean makeup techniques, since then I’ve tried to replicate some of the looks that I saw online (which are mostly natural makeup). So now, I came up with this Korean Inspired Makeup look that I use almost everyday since it’s so easy to do.

So here’s the overview of all the products that I’m using for this look~

I’ve already applied my base makeup, (BB Cream: Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector for Combination to Oily skin | Under Eye Concealer: L’oreal Touche Magique | Face Powder: Maybelline Dream Matte Powder)

Starting with the brows, I’ll be using Clinique’s Brow Shaper. I just fill in the part closest to my nose since that’s where I have sparse hair. I already have thick brows to begin with, so I can’t do too much or else it will look thicker which is what I’m trying to prevent happening.

Always Prime your lids! This will help your eyeshadow last longer and make them more vibrant. I’m using Etude Proof 10 Eye Primer. Apply any eye primer that you have on both upper and lower lashline.

Using WetnWild’s Walking on eggshells palette (you can use any shadow that’s similar to the colors I’m using if you don’t have this).
1.)    Take the light pink champagne color (pink ribbon) and apply this all over your lids.
2.)    Then concentrate the bronze brown color (blue ribbon) on your upper lashline.

Taking the same brown shade from the WetnWild Palette, apply it also on your outer lower lashline, try to connect it with the upper lashline.

Then apply a white shimmery color on the lower inner corner of your eyes. I used NYX Jumbo Eye Shadow Pencil (Cottage Cheese), but of course, you can also use a shadow close to this shade.

Now using Essence Gel Eyeliner in Midnight in Paris, start tightlining to give an illusion of fuller lashes.

Afterwards use the same gel eyeliner, line your eyes normally but slightly droop it down at the end.

Don’t forget to curl your lashes and apply mascara to both upper and lower lashes! I’m using Maybelline The Rocket Volume Express. (I didn’t take any pictures of me curling my lashes since it looked scary xD)

This would be the finished eye makeup~

I’ve also noticed that most of the Korean makeup that I saw online have this kind of gradual/ombre type of lips (it slightly looks like they suck on a lollipop!). So here, I’m using The FaceShop My Lips Eat Cherry lip tint, and I’m concentrating that on the center of my lips. Blend it with your fingers to give a gradual effect.

Then top it off with clear gloss, here I’m using Essence XXXL Shine Lipgloss in Pure Chic, this will give off a nice shiny finish.

Next, use a pink blush (I used two blushes that I mixed; one from Daiso and one from Rimmel). I’m applying it on the sides of my face, this’ll give me more color since the base makeup kinda took it away.

Another thing that I noticed with Korean makeup is the dewy skin (which makes their skin look healthy and glowy), so to achieve that I’m using ELF’s Shimmering Facial Whip in Lilac Petal. Apply this on the high points of your face, like your cheekbones and the bridge of your nose.

Now that everything’s done, time for some awkward poses!~ xD

So that’s it! I hope that you learned something, or if not, then at least got entertained~ I’m also hoping that it was easy for you to understand. ^^; stay tuned for our next blog post!

    2. Hi everyone I'm Mrs. ALEKSI TAISIYA, My husband divorced me 2 years ago to live with another woman and i have tried have him back but i could not, so i try to do many things to get him back and he refuse to come back. One faithful Friday morning, I visit a forum for tips on how to get your Ex back and there i saw a lady testifying on how Dr.AKHERE helped her to get her husband back after he was tie down with a spell by another woman. Although I never believed in spiritual work I reluctantly tried him because I was desperate and i contact him and explain my problems to him, to my greatest surprise Dr.AKHERE helped me to bring back my husband after 5days and now my relationship is more perfect just as he promised. Getting your ex back permanently does not only bring back someone you love but it will also reunite your lovers feelings. My husband now treats me like a Queen and always says he loves me all the time. If you are passing through difficulties in your relationship, Doctor AKHERE can help solve marital problems, restore broken relationships and some other things. I can assure he's highly potent and reliable. Email him for urgent help [AKHERETEMPLE@gmail.com ] or +2349057261346 .
